However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for cancellations to ensure transparency and convenience.  

In this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prismpath Technology Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “users” refer to our valued customers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the cancellation terms described below. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before submitting any cancellation requests.    

When Can You Cancel Your Order?    
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. Generally, an order is eligible for cancellation if it has not yet been processed or shipped from our facility.  

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever occurs first. Requests made during the processing stage will be evaluated based on the timing and current status of the order.  

To confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation, please log in to your account dashboard or contact our customer support team via email.  

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, our team will assist you with alternative options, such as returns or exchanges, where applicable.    

Cancellation Timeframe    
Cancellations are only permitted while the order is still being processed. Once the order status changes to "shipped," we are unable to accept any cancellation requests.    

Orders Already Shipped    
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.    

Order Modifications    
At present, we do not permit changes to items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you need to update any details, you may cancel the order—if eligible—and place a new order with the correct information.
